Let’s get started! Submit our Travel Questionnaire to start the planning process.

We’ll get in touch and ask a few more questions about the what, when & where.

Creative juices flowing, our team will send you a sample outline for you to review.

To move forward, we request a $500 planning fee (applied to the final payment).

This is where we fine-tune the itinerary, add all the ingredients, and spice up the trip.

Final itinerary is concocted, flavoured specifically to your taste, and a 25% deposit is requested.

All the bookings are made, details hashed out, and final payment is paid (60 days prior to departure).
