DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BOGOTA & CASA LELYTE
Welcome to Colombia! Pick-up at El Dorado Int. Airport and transfer to your hotel in Bogotá with a private vehicle and driver.
Bogota, Colombia’s capital, has a very cosmopolitan atmosphere as well as a rich array of museums such as Museo de Oro (Gold Museum) and The Botero Museum.
Did you know that Colombia is the second-most biodiverse nation in the world and harbours vast swaths of wildlife-rich Amazon jungle in its interior, while coral-white beaches, Andean mountains, and leafy highland coffee plantations crown Colombia as a place of extraordinary natural contrasts?

DAY 2: CANDELARIA WALKING TOUR & BREAKING BORDERS
Morning: See the best sights of Bogotá’s historic center – La Candelaria. You will visit Plaza de Bolívar, this main square is home to the most important administrative buildings and the legendary Prime Cathedral.
Afterward, learn about the impressive history of a group of locals from the Egipto neighborhood in Bogotá. Deciding to leave their criminal past behind they have started the initiative Breaking Borders, showing tourists around their streets filled with artwork that tells the neighborhood’s history.
Noon: After your walking tour through the main historical sights of La Candelaria, enjoy lunch at “Madre” Restaurant.
Afternoon: Engage all your five senses through the virtues of plants to experience and learn from a different perspective about ancestral herbs in this workshop.

DAY 3: ARRIVAL TO LOS SANTOS, SANTANDER
After breakfast, pick-up at your hotel in Bogotá and transfer to El Dorado Airport for your flight to Bucaramanga.
Pick-up at the Airport in Bucaramanga and transfer to your hotel in Los Santos (about 65km) with a private vehicle and driver. From here you can appreciate views of the spectacular Chicamocha Canyon. There, in Mesa de los Santos, at 1.700 meters above sea level, there are coffee plantations and birds such as azulejo palmero and tángara real.

DAY 4: ARRIVAL BARICHARA
Enjoy a room service breakfast with an incredible view of the canyon.

Barichara is arguably one of the most beautiful and well-preserved heritage towns in Colombia. Andalusian-style houses, cobbled streets, and colonial-era architecture are among the first things that will captivate you in this treasured Colombian town.

DAY 5: DAY OF ADVENTURE
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up at your hotel to enjoy an extreme day and hiking.
You will have the opportunity to do any extreme sport that San Gil and its surroundings offer such as paragliding, caving, canoeing, cable flying, bungee jumping, among others.
After lunch in San Gil, enjoy 2-hour hike to the Royal Trek to Guane.

DAY 6: ARRIVAL TO MEDELLIN
Pick-up at hotel Venturi in Barichara and transfer to the airport in Bucaramanga with private vehicle and driver.
Your driver will be waiting for you in Medellín for your arrival transfer.
Medellin is a city reborn and is shaking off its reputation as the once the stronghold of Colombia’s most infamous drug lord, Pablo Escobar. Known for its perennially spring-like climate, Medellin’s appeal is boundless, making it one of the best cities to visit if you’re short on time, particularly as it’s a gateway to the Zona Cafetera.
There is no shortage of incredible restaurants and bars around Medellin to explore.

DAY 7: AFROTOUR & VISIT TO EL CIELO
Go deep into Comuna 13 to meet with resilient artists who recovered youth and public spaces through reconnection to their African roots in music, dance, and art.
Comuna 13 has become a synonym of transformation and resilience and a definite must-visit for travelers in Medellín.
Dinner at El Cielo Restaurant. The place has a rustic design, which pays homage to the traditional country estates with three predominant elements: vegetation, leather, and wood.

DAY 8: STREET FOOD TOUR
