Located between the Pacific and Indian Oceans, the Indonesian Seas are the place of immense water exchange. The water exchange is known as the Indonesian Throughflow and flows from the Pacific through to the lower Indian Ocean. This flow delivers eggs and larvae to the reefs of Indonesia and travels over the complex underwater topography creating great upwellings of nutrient-rich cold water. A veritable life source, and after a holiday in these waters you will go home with a renewed sense of life yourself.

Experience the ultimate scuba diving adventure on this 11-day dive trip – option for 18 or 32 dives (additional cost). The sweeping spine of Indonesia’s archipelago is an underwater treasure trove, and the Raja Ampat Islands are often overlooked. Raja Ampat is one of Indonesia’s most captivating diving grounds – truly a paradise on earth.
Raja Ampat is a stunning tropical paradise often referred to as “diving’s final frontier”. It has the highest known concentration and diversity of marine life on earth, with 75% of all the world’s coral species, more than 1300 species of fish, 6 of the world’s 7 marine turtle species and 27 varieties of marine mammals.
Meridian Adventure Dive offers a wide selection of dive sites, easily accessible with our high-speed boats. All in the pristine marine metropolis where manta rays glide, whale sharks breed, sperm whales feed, turtles lay eggs and tropical fish dazzle you with their spectacular array of colours.
